The Institute of Development Management IDM, is a tertiary institution in Matsapa, Eswatini that offers full time and part time programmes. The Institution has two other campuses outiside Eswatini which are Botwana and Lesotho.

IDM has been a prominent player and relevant partner in the education and training sector since its founding in 1974. Through its research and consulting services, the Institute of Development Management IDM has also significantly influenced the socioeconomic change of the SADC region.

Examine and improve administrative and managerial practices, organizational structures, and development policies in relation to social and economic demands;

Increase public knowledge and promote participation from the public in all facets of management.
